BREWING NOTES
Start with 3/4 - 1 tsp (or 3 grams) per cup.
Use hot (not boiling) water—around 175°F.
Steep for 60-90 seconds.
Re-steep up to 2–3 times to explore how the flavor evolves. Adjust to taste.
Add a little honey or sweetener of choice if flavor is too strong
